• As all preserved flowers and dried flowers are natural, not all will look identical. There may be slight variances in shape & colours. 
• Some flowers are seasonal, therefore certain flowers may not be available at times. However, we will substitute the flowers with other flowers with the same value and in a similar style and colour.

• For Belvoir Sparking Elderflower and Rose, it’ can only be delivered within Peninsular Malaysia (as Liquid is not allowed to be shipped to East Malaysia and Singapore)
• If you wish to deliver to East Malaysia or Singapore, please select the Houseblend Drinking Chocolate by Benns Ethicoa.
• We offer same-day and next-day delivery (express shipping) to selected Klang Valley areas.
• For standard shipping, it will take 3-5 days to deliver to Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 days to East Malaysia and Singapore.
